Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return or exchange any item that remains unworn.

Each item must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. Once received a refund or exchange will be offered to the full value of your purchase. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

The original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received is faulty.

You are responsible for the safe return of the item, therefore I recommend you use a delivery service that insures the full cost of the items.  I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

The cost of returning the item is also your responsibility.

Any item that has been specially commissioned or personalised cannot be refunded unless faulty.

To arrange a return please email contact@juliawarrenpayne.com stating your name, details of the item, and reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. All items must be returned in an unused condition in the original Julia Warren-Payne Jewellery packaging and with proof of purchase.

Delivery

Each purchase will be packaged in a box. The parcel will be sent in an unbranded padded envelope or box with my name and address discreetly included on the reverse.

All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival so please bear that in mind when providing your delivery address

UK: Free delivery

International:  £10

UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery; a fully insured, trackable service. Items will be received the day after dispatch.

International deliveries will be sent by AirSure, a tracked and signed for service and items will be received 4-9 days after dispatch.

Please note delivery charges do not include any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
